What is PERMA-Lead?
PERMA-Lead is a research-based leadership model. It carries the PERMA model of positive psychology (Martin Seligman) into everyday leadership and describes five levers through which leaders have an effect: Positive emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishment. The core idea: leaders who shape these five areas deliberately create an environment in which people work in healthier, more motivated and more effective ways. Good leadership becomes measurable and learnable — not a question of personality, but concrete behaviour you can practise.

The first course: Certified Strengths Atlas Coach
A certification seminar built around the Strengths Atlas. You learn to interpret the 48 strengths with confidence, to facilitate them effectively, and to use field-tested game formats in coaching, workshops and training — in five live online evenings (held in German), including two years of access to the coach app.

Frequently asked questions
When does the next course start?
The Strengths Atlas Coach runs in fixed groups of up to 12 people. The next dates and open places are on the course page.
What does it cost?
€790 incl. VAT — including four card sets and two years of access to the coach app. Public-sector participants receive a 20% discount. For teams of three or more we are happy to agree a rate.
How much time per week?
Around 2–3 hours: 60 minutes of self-study material, a 90-minute live session, plus a small practical assignment.
Do I have to attend every live session?
Live is always better — the recording is still available to you until two weeks after the course ends. For the certificate you need to attend at least three of the five evenings live.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. On successful completion you receive the certificate “Certified Strengths Atlas Coach” as a PDF with a verification code.
Can my employer cover the cost?
Often yes. You receive a proper invoice with everything a learning and development budget requires.
